How home staging works
After a discovery call via phone or videocall where we discuss the property, your aims, vision and timescale, we send you an estimate for the work along with the agreed plan for the property staging. This may include temporarily packing away unessential items, rearranging the space so it feels bigger/brighter/more up to date, making suggestions for repainting and the addition of some wow factor accessories where necessary. In some instances we may recommend specialist cleaning services, tradesman, removals or storage companies. A date will be booked for our visit and any items purchased will be delivered. £60 per hour (per person, minimum 3 hours)
Holiday Home Staging
We can get your property or Airbnb ready for rental by staging it to show its full potential for the marketing photographs or by packing away any personal belongings prior to renting it out. We can also prepare the property for your return after the rental season has finished. Travel costs will be charged on top of the service costs.
